Fernbank Medical Practice now offers online access to all patients. This allows you to access your medical records as and when you wish, to book appointments online, to request repeat medications online, and to update your contact details with the Practice. It is a very useful resource and might help to improve your access to appointments and the Practice. We encourage all our patients to use online access.
In order to arrange this, you can either attend Fernbank Practice in person and speak to the receptionists who will be happy to help you, or you can visit the Patient Access website here.
There are some cases or conditions where it is not always necessary for you to see your GP. In these cases, patients are encouraged to "self care". Further information on what kinds of conditions this may include, and on how best to care for yourself in these cases can be found at the Self Care Forum website.
