Making a complaint
We aim to provide our patients with a high quality of services and care. If your expectations have not been met in any way then we would like to know. In the first instance, patients are encouraged to discuss all aspects of their care with the staff looking after them. This is often the quickest and most effective way to resolve any issues or concerns.
